SECTION 1 — SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
Saddlebrook Investments, LLC operates BotChainCP, an independent CaryPact affiliate platform that provides tracking, forecasting, education, onboarding, affiliate operations, and related support resources. When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you may receive appointment confirmations, private walkthrough reminders, follow-up communications related to your inquiry, and, where separately consented to, marketing communications about BotChainCP educational resources, tracking and forecasting tools, CaryPact-related information, and related updates.
1A. How to Cancel SMS (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the phone number from which you received our messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.
1B. How to Get Help

1C. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
1D. Message Frequency and Rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies based on your consent selections and interactions. Non-marketing messages, including appointment confirmations and walkthrough reminders, may be sent as relevant events occur. SMS Program Summary
SECTION 2 — GENERAL USE
The BotChainCP website at https://botchaincp.com/ is intended for adults who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and that your use of the services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 5 — ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Certain BotChainCP features may require an account or authorized access. You warrant that information you provide is truthful, current, and accurate and that you are not impersonating another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Never provide your cryptocurrency wallet seed phrase or private keys to BotChainCP. BotChainCP does not need, request, or require your seed phrase in order to provide tracking, forecasting, education, or support services.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS, FEES, AND PAYMENT
If BotChainCP offers paid services, subscriptions, software access, consultations, educational products, or other paid resources, the applicable price, billing terms, and payment requirements will be disclosed at or before the time of purchase. Payment must be received as required by the applicable offer before paid access is provided. Saddlebrook Investments, LLC may request additional information, decline a transaction, or limit availability where reasonably necessary or permitted by law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed by us are in U.S. Dollars. Availability of services may vary by person, geographic region, regulatory environment, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 7 — REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund and cancellation terms for any paid BotChainCP product or service will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, digital products, completed consultations, delivered professional services, and subscription periods already provided are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
If you have an active recurring BotChainCP subscription and wish to cancel future billing, contact [email protected] before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for a period or service already purchased, except where required by law or expressly provided by the applicable offer.
SECTION 8 — SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
If you enroll in a recurring paid BotChainCP service, applicable subscription fees and billing frequency will be disclosed before enrollment. By authorizing a recurring subscription, you authorize Saddlebrook Investments, LLC or its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide on each applicable billing date until canceled. You may cancel future recurring charges in accordance with Section 7 and any additional cancellation terms shown at enrollment.
SECTION 9 — YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use BotChainCP Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, third-party platform terms, wallet requirements, exchange requirements, and tax obligations. You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding digital assets, wallets, tokens, staking, participation, transactions, withdrawals, and related financial activity.
BotChainCP does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not act as your investment adviser, broker, fiduciary, custodian, portfolio manager, attorney, accountant, or tax adviser. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances.
You are responsible for protecting your own wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys, passwords, devices, and account access. You agree not to provide a wallet seed phrase or private key to BotChainCP or its personnel.
SECTION 10 — TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS
Saddlebrook Investments, LLC may request or receive feedback, testimonials, and reviews from users or clients. Where legally permitted and where appropriate permission has been obtained, we may use such feedback in connection with BotChainCP Services and marketing. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees, promises, or representations that any other person will obtain the same or similar outcome.
SECTION 11 — DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND DIGITAL-ASSET RISK
BotChainCP is an independent CaryPact affiliate platform. BotChainCP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by CaryPact, BOT Chain, Coinstore Exchange, or any related entity unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the applicable entity.
BotChainCP does not custody, pool, or invest user funds. Tracking information, forecasts, calculations, recovery metrics, educational materials, and scenario models are informational tools and estimates only. They are not guarantees of income, returns, liquidity, token value, withdrawal success, principal recovery, or future results.
CaryPact and digital-asset participation involve substantial risk, including possible loss of principal. Digital asset and token prices may fluctuate substantially. Liquidity may change. Staking terms or protocol terms may change. Technology or third parties may fail. Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, unavailable, or unsuccessful. Regulatory or tax treatment may change. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
THERE ARE NO GUARANTEED RETURNS, NO GUARANTEED PRINCIPAL PROTECTION, AND NO GUARANTEED PASSIVE OR RISK-FREE INCOME.
THE WEBSITE, BOTCHAINCP SERVICES, CONTENT, CALCULATIONS, FORECASTS, AND OTHER MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE INAPPLICABLE OR PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SADDLEBROOK INVESTMENTS, LLC, BOTCHAINCP, OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, TOKEN VALUE CHANGES, LIQUIDITY EVENTS, DELAYED OR FAILED WITHDRAWALS, THIRD-PARTY FAILURES, OR OTHER DAMAGES, FEES, COSTS, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, BOTCHAINCP SERVICES, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SECTION 13 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION: MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR FOR CLAIMS THAT MAY PROPERLY BE BROUGHT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, YOU AND SADDLEBROOK INVESTMENTS, LLC AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM, CONTROVERSY, OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR BOTCHAINCP SERVICES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU AND SADDLEBROOK INVESTMENTS, LLC WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. CLAIMS MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally by written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate individual arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules and law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or injunctive relief where such relief is legally available and necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or prevent immediate irreparable harm.
SECTION 14 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saddlebrook Investments, LLC, BotChainCP, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, settlements, and reasonable legal or accounting fees arising from or relating to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the services, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or activity associated with your account.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS, PLATFORMS, AND SERVICES
BotChainCP Services may include links to or information concerning third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, protocols, products, platforms, or resources, including CaryPact. Third-party services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, security practices, and risks. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, operation, security, performance, outages, losses, transactions, withdrawals, or other actions or omissions.
SECTION 16 — TERMINATION
Saddlebrook Investments, LLC may suspend or terminate access to all or part of BotChainCP Services where permitted by law, including for misuse, suspected fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of a service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, payment obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, indemnification, dispute-resolution terms, and limitations of liability.
SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law governs. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 18 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Saddlebrook Investments, LLC may modify or replace these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, which may include posting the revised Terms on the website and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of BotChainCP Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
